This individual seeks out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers. They compliment the skills and capabilities of our existing team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Use their knowledge & skill to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers. Work closely with the Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations that address each guest concern.Perform full, accurate, and honest courtesy digital vehicle inspections.Continuously build automotive expertise across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, to meet deadlines, and to deliver distinguished results.Follow and promote our high standards of excellence in safety and cleanliness.Treat our guests and other team members with respect and integrity.
